Creates an authenticated Viem ERC-7677 Paymaster Client for Ink Mainnet.

Remarks
The client implements pm_getPaymasterStubData and pm_getPaymasterData. Pass it directly as the paymaster option of a Viem Bundler Client. The API key authorizes sponsorship policy; the smart account still signs the final EntryPoint v0.7 UserOperation.
